Honey Flights

At Dartmouth Bees we believe that you should know exactly where your honey comes from.
Many large honey producers extract and blend honey from a variety of sites and so the individual flavours become lost.
All of our honey is produced from single apiaries in small batches, allowing the geographical flora to shine through. As the seasons change and different plants bloom, the taste and colour of the honey changes. We keep our processing to a minimum; simply spinning the honey from the comb, passing through a sieve to remove debris and jarring. Nothing is added or taken away.
Here you can explore our current apiaries; their locality and surrounding flora. We have included tasting notes from this years harvest for you to reference whist enjoying your honey.
